OS² – overall system and strategy_

Consisting of all our divison leaders, OS² takes care of the overall strategic planning and direction of our association. This includes the temporal structuring of the development process, handling the legal and financial affairs of the association, and finally coordinate the interaction between our various divisions in order to optimize and synchronize the development process of our pod.

Electronics handles the control and connection of all components and makes sure that our pod runs as smoothly as possible, whether in the area of software or hardware. With your custom designed systems we are able to monitor the state of the pod at all times and react within milliseconds.

LP² – levitation, propulsion and powertrain_

LP² is working on all the high voltage systems needed to propel and levitate the pod. This includes the linear induction motor, power electronics, high voltage battery, and high voltage safety circuits. The members developed a linear induction motor from scratch, creating a unique new component that will hopefully take the development of a global hyperloop system one step further.

AS² – Aerodynamics, structure and suspension_

AS² takes care of all mechanical systems and finds solutions for all our problems, whether in the field of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, mechatronics or safety-engineering. The members develop a wide range of different components, that are constantly optimized. For example, they design and manufacture our aerodynamic shell using additive manufacturing and carbon fiber reinforced plastics.
